ERASUR was founded in 1989 by Mr. Juan Sanchez, who counts with more than thirty years’ experience in the developing-building sector. In the first instance, ERASUR was created just as a building company, which soon became known as a reputable and trustable company with a large number of quality constructions along the Campo de Gibraltar (Cadiz).
ERASUR carried out constructions of various types like hotels, shopping centres, multi-cinemas, high-rise buildings, health centres, infrastructure projects, golf courses, etc…, along southern Spain.
